Cabbage – great for winter either in coleslaw, soups or as cabbage rolls.
Here’s a quick coleslaw recipe that’s nutritious and delicious.

Coleslaw Recipe:
Green and Red Cabbage (finely sliced)
1 grated carrot
1 small daikon radish or 2 small red radishes
handful currants
handful of macadamia nuts (finely chopped)
a fuji apple diced

Dressing:
Olive oil,  1 to 2 tab.
Apple cider vinegar 1to 2 teaspoons
1Teaspoon of Norganic Golden Soya Mayonnaise
(Whisk together and pour over coleslaw)

Cabbage contains 2 ‘cleansing minerals’ chlorine and sulphur – these expel waste matter, cleanse the blood and remove excess weight.  Regular use of fresh cabbage either lightly steamed or finely chopped and added to salads will be most beneficial for protection from the common cold and virus.
